No aluminium seal

SuperSeal features a combined PP lid and PP seal which eliminates the need for an aluminium seal when packing spreadable products.

Better for the environment, lower environmental fees and easier for consumers, the patented SuperSeal lid closes tightly and easily time after time. Because the entire pack is made of polypropylene, recycling is easy as well.

The absence of aluminium also means you can use a metal detector on your production line.

Easy and efficient production

Production efficiency is the hallmark of SuperSeal. With no aluminium foil, SuperSeal simplifies production and potentially cuts production costs, since there is neither a separate station for cardboard nor the cost of aluminium foil.

SuperSeal’s ultra-thin lid seal area allows for a short sealing time and low sealing temperatures. The result: more efficient production, as well as a tight, blister-free seal area. You can also pasteurise directly in the pack – SuperSeal is tough enough to withstand autoclaving and hot-filling.

Consumers love it

For consumers, SuperSeal is a welcome departure from aluminium-sealed table-packs. Not only is SuperSeal easy to open, but the lid also closes easily and tightly every time.

The contents stay fresh, too, with a shelf life equal to that of packs which use aluminium foil. SuperSeal’s heat-sealed lid provides the tamper evidence and food safety consumers demand.
